Thanks you for joining the CA*SP Membership Program. Below you will find our 7v7, Drop-in, and Membership rules and terms and conditions, please read and sign all three documents.


Facility Rules and Regulations:
NO ALCOHOL, TOBACCO PRODUCTS, DRONES, SCOTTERS, SKATEBOARDS, CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES, OR PETS/ANIMALS (with the exceptions of service animals) ARE ALLOWED ON THE PARKS GROUNDS AT ANY TIME.
Groups using the Park are responsible for compliance with all local, county and state laws, ordinances and regulations.
NO golf carts or other similar motorized vehicles will be permitted to be used on any portion of the complex without the written approval of Park Management.
The California Soccer Park management reserves the right to cancel or change the hours of an event due to inclement weather or other conditions that they believe might be harmful to the participants or the complex.
The Park management reserves the right to assign fields that are not in use to other groups to ensure full usage of the Park.
The Park Management reserves the right to remove or have removed any person that engages in inappropriate language, actions or activity that is deemed to be a breach of public peace or the enjoyment of the Park by others.
No vending or distribution of any products or merchandise or the selling of tickets or the solicitation for any reason will be allowed on Park grounds without the written approval of Park Management.
No one but authorized Park employees will be allowed to attach any signs or decoration to any Park property, authorization to decorate or hang signs must first be obtained, in writing, from Park Management.
No group or organization will be allowed to store, leave or allow materials to remain after their event; any cost incurred to remove this material will be deducted from their deposit or invoice to the organization

All membership rules contained herein apply equally to any and all members.

The Membership Program

Members of the program are bound, as a condition of membership, to comply with the rules set out below. This is to ensure that the facilities are properly and safely used and that all members can take full advantage of them without interfering with the enjoyment of others.

Membership

All memberships are non-transferable, non-refundable, and do not extend to any other parties.
All members must be at least 13 years old to take full advantage of the California Soccer Park Membership Program, herein referred to as ‘The Program’.
The Program is a private members’ club and the management reserve the right to refuse membership to any individual without cause.
Membership may be renewed on payment of the prevailing fee and in accordance with the terms and conditions.
By joining the program, members automatically accept and agree to be bound by these conditions of membership.
The program may withdraw use of all or part of the facility for the purpose of undertaking maintenance work or any other work considered necessary.
Entry to the exclusive members’ website will only be permitted to those with a valid membership, both in date and in credit. If an amount is due to be paid on the member’s account, they will not be able to access the exclusive members’ website.
Members agree to comply with the rules of the California Soccer Park in regard to use of the facilities, opening hours, and conduct. The management may make reasonable changes to these rules provided advance notice is given.
Members wishing to report on accidents, incidents, or problems at the California Soccer Park should contact the Programs Manager at (530) 221-2344 or [email protected]. All calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence regarding reports will be dealt with in confidence.
In the event of a breach of the California Soccer Park rules and regulations, the management reserve the right of admission and may reserve the right to require any member or guest to leave the premises. Any member found in breach of rules, or committing an illegal act, will be asked to leave the park and may be barred from ever entering the park again.

Bank Card Direct Debit Payments

On selecting the Pay Monthly Membership option, members will be required to pay the associated registration fee and the 1st-month membership fee in advance. Members are required to agree to the normal terms and conditions of payment.
This is a recurring monthly charge. Membership fees will be debited from the member's account using their given debit/credit card. These fees will be debited on or around their join date each month for the following 1-month period after the term start date. Members who have chosen the Annual Membership or the Seasonal Membership options will not have a cancel option until after the end of the fiscal year or the end of that season, respectively. After that time, they will have the option to cancel at any time.
Members are required to meet these payments. In the event of failure to pay the monthly membership fee, missed payments will be re-submitted by the California Soccer Park. The California Soccer Park reserves the right to cancel membership if payment is not received. Access to the exclusive members’ website will be denied until said payment is received. If payment is not received, and cancellation occurs, the registration fee becomes applicable again upon re-joining.
These overdue fees must be paid by credit/debit card online using the Member Area of the California Soccer Park website.
Failure to pay the direct debit fee, in the event of the failure to pay the monthly direct debit fee, will result in members being notified that their membership has been temporarily suspended until the balance is paid.
